So this morning I got myself a thing called Cleanse ($25), a 7-day detox diet plan complete with supplements and exercises and whatnot. This was only after I put on my favorite shirt, of course, that I realized that I had gained weight over Christmas Break. Not cool. Soooo I'm hoping with this detox stuff I can hopefully get a jump start on my weight loss and eventually reach my goal- to lose 30 pounds.
Hmm. I'm gonna blog every single day of this week just to share how I feel and whether I found it effective or not :) I don't wanna hit the gym during the detoxification though just in case I don't pass out or become nauseous from all the starvation and supplements lol sooo I'm going to wait until the cleanse is over then start hitting the gym. A detox diet is apparently something that helps remove toxins and stuff from your body and help clean your liver and all those body parts so they can function properly and you feel healthy. I think that way I can improve my skin and whatnot too. There's all kinds of detox diets, the lemonade diet, the all-juice diet, the soup diet etc.. but I wanted to try this one because I neeeeeeed to eat I can't survive a whole week on just juices. (Although I think the maximum you should do an all liquid diet is three days)
Anyways ...
I hope I can see a difference. :) It would be nice to go back home for once and realize everyone's like omgggg look what happened to her lol Wish me luck! and I'll keep you posted :)
